Summary: Shed Surprise: Shed Surprise is my first attempt at making a short film. It was shot on a Samsung Hi8 camcorder and I used a homemade steadycam, which turned out to be surprisingly effective. I admit, it's a bit amateurish, but hey, it's my first time, baby!

To transfer, I have a tool called USB instant VCD and for editing, I used Ulead's Media Studio Pro - v6.5. The film is in monochrome and this is because I was trying to reduce the cheap feel of it being shot on a camcorder. Additionally, having no sound for it, I plundered a few royalty free music sites and got a track that matched the video.

I had a lot of fun shooting it and editing it and I have a few projects in the works for the near future as well...
